🔩 EVERYONE is welcome at Jackhammer regardless of color, size, body type, ability, gender expression(s) and/or sexual orientation. Bigotry of any kind is not tolerated and is grounds for removal from the space.
🔩 We are a 21+ only venue. You must present a valid government-issued ID for entry.
🔩 No outside beverages or liquids are permitted in 2Bears Tavern Group bars at any time.
🔩 NO CAMERAS in The Hole
COAT AND BAG POLICY
🔩 All backpacks, bags, fanny packs, purses, etc. are subject to search. All backpacks, bags, and large purses MUST BE checked.
🔩 Lockers and/or bag/coat check available. Lost coat check ticket items can be picked up after last call. Jackhammer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for consent violations.
Jackhammer is a consent forward space and supports the CLEAR Model of Consent.
C – Communicate your intentions, desires, and what is consented to, clearly and explicitly
L – Limited to the specific act and moment that was consented to ONLY
E – Enthusiastic consent is the ONLY consent. If you sense hesitation, it’s a NO.
A – Actively listen to body language and non-verbal/verbal cues. Pay attention!
R – Reversible: consent is reversible at ANY TIME, guilt free.
Any patron caught using or attempting to sell/offer drugs to anyone at the bar will be subject to expulsion from the bar immediately.
Repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban from all 2Bears Tavern Group establishments.
