Tea at Aunt Jackies: Together Again

  • Jackhammer 6406 North Clark Street Chicago, IL, 60626 United States (map)

December 1st marks World AIDS Day. Janet Jackson gave us our World AIDS Day anthem more than 25 years ago to help bring us "Together Again" now at Tea at Aunt Jackies. Let's get together and dance as a community on Sunday, Dec 3, starting at 4pm to remember those we've loved and lost—and to raise a toast to those still here and whom we love. Most of all, for those who are still fighting the good fight against HIV/AIDS decades after The War began.

We'll also have volunteers from the AIDS Foundation of Chicago in the house, who have helped improve the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS for more than 35 years now. We hope you'll contribute to help their efforts continue.

Best of all, Moose the DJ brings us together again with music from over 40 years of Tea Dances in JOYOUS celebration and remembrance! Come share the tea and the love at Tea Aunt at Jackies: Together Again!
